ROUND I - DEMO SPLASH EVENT 09' (Team Playoffs) 4 - minute
May 27, 2009 (Tech Innovative Funding Event)
$39 reserves your position and secures your basic level membership. Teams will receive mentorship and coaching from experienced accredited investors. (20) Start-ups or early staged tech teams will (4) minute pitch at Demo Splash Event on May 27th, 2009.
ROUND II - DEMO SPLASH EVENT 09' (Team Finals) 6 - minute
Date to be announced at of May 27th event to top 5 finalist.
The (10) tech innovation team finals will be based on investor scoring and audience votes. These teams will advance their (6) minute pitch to the finals competition. The Round II fee for Team Qualifiers of $299 is due prior to entering the Finals event. Family member, friends and general audience remains set at $39. Finalist Teams can include up to 4 team members to stage the DEMO presentation.
DEMO Splash winners will be acknowledged by receiving metals or trophies and photo opportunities. Complementary food, drinks, networking with investor, sponsors, Q&A's, private invites, discussion of business plans networking discussions, expressions of investor levels of interest and/or invitations to take the funding process to the next level of private equity or angel investment participation from an elite group of accredited private capital and angel investors. Many investors syndicate their participation creating more liquidity and reduced investor risk.

We will have at least (5 - 10) Experienced Venture Capital, Tech Investors, Angel Investors, Private Equity Rock Stars (surfer dudes and gals with cash) on the judging panel. Average investment size:
Round I: $25,000 to $300,000 for Round I projects
Round II: Up to $3 million for Round II projects
